Signing in
You may sign in to Loopcast directly or through a connected account using OAuth, so that we never receive or store your password for that provider. A small cookie is placed in your browser to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences between visits.
How your data is protected
Account data is protected in transit and at rest using encryption, so that information remains unreadable to anyone without the proper keys. Access to internal systems is limited and logged.
Using the API
Developers may call the Loopcast API at the documented /v1 endpoint. Each account is subject to a rate limit on how many requests it may make per minute; exceeding it will temporarily return errors until the window resets.
How long we keep data
Our data retention schedule sets how long each type of information is kept before it is deleted. When you close your account, most personal data is removed after the retention window, except where we must keep records to meet legal obligations.
Sharing and your choices
We may share limited data with a third-party processor that helps us run the service, such as analytics or payment providers. You can opt-out of optional sharing and personalised features at any time from your privacy settings.
