Refund Policy

The whole policy in one sentence: if you are not happy with a letter explanation you paid for, email us within 7 days of the purchase and you get a full refund.
How it works
- Send an email to hello@glassread.com within 7 days of your purchase.
- You do not have to give a reason. “I was not happy with it” is enough.
- The full refund goes back to the card or payment method you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days.
Why so simple
You buy a letter explanation in a stressful moment — a tax notice, an eviction warning, an official request. The last thing you need is a fight about a few dollars. If the explanation did not help you, you should not pay for it.
Subscriptions
For subscription plans, you can cancel any time. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
